Influenza. Don't get it. Don't give it.

You could come in contact with influenza anywhere at anytime.

Don't take the risk! Call your local GP or nurse to arrange a FREE immunisation if you are in any of these groups:

• are pregnant
• are aged over 64 years
• are aged 6 months to under 65 with: 
  • diabetes
  • heart disease
  • kidney problems
  • cancer (not in remission, excluding skin cancers if not invasive)
  • a serious medical condition
• a child 6 months to under 5 years who has been hospitalised for a respiratory illness, or has a history of significant respiratory illness
• if you have another ongoing serious medical condition you may also be eligible for a FREE influenza immunisation
